One of my favorite places in my home is my bookshelf. I love sneaking away and getting lost in a good book, especially one that inspires me in the kitchen. Listed below are many of the books I have read throughout my “healing with food” journey. I highly recommend adding one or more of these gems to your own bookshelf.
If I had to recommend just one to start with, it would be hands down, Meghan Telpner’s “UnDiet” and her “UnDiet Cookbook.” As a graduate of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition, I love all things Meghan Telpner.
I have read these books time and time again. Some are merely reference books, while others I’ve read cover to cover. Each time I read a book, I take away something new. As my experiences change and I grow, so does my perspective. I highly recommend re-reading these books as you embark on your own healing with food journey.
